During last months Boftel NetMeter has been selected and used by several customers and operators in Boftel Network Planning and Optimization services projects to test mobile network quality after basestation installation/integration including service availability (web page opening, latency, data rate). NetMeter was named LinkMeS before and operators have been using it as LinkMeS in their RF network swap projects.
