Boftel Oy was founded in November 2012 when Nokia Siemens Networks Managed Services Operations organizations were transformed to a new services company Boftel Oy. Boftel Oy has now 4 subsidiaries; Boftel Finland Oy, Boftel Estonia OÜ, Boftel Poland Sp. z.o.o and in Russia Boftel OOO. 30.06.2016 Voimatel OY acquired the businesses of Boftel Oy in Finland, Estonia, Poland and Russia. 2020 operations in Poland and Russia were closed.
We operate in the Nordic, Baltic, Western and Eastern European countries. Boftel employs 135 experienced telecom services professionals. In addition, we closely cooperate with our expanding partner network of leading telecom product and services vendors.
